The Grupo Águia Branca celebrates its 80th anniversary with the documentary “Latitudes da Águia.” The production, which narrates the company’s journey through human testimonials, arrives in Brasília on September 15 for a special screening.
Grupo Águia Branca, a national leader in logistics and mobility, commemorates eight decades of operation with a focus on human capital. The celebration takes shape through the documentary “Latitudes da Águia,” a work that transcends corporate records to explore the experiences of those who helped build one of the country’s largest conglomerates.
The federal capital will host an exclusive screening on September 15, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, at Cinemark in Shopping Pier 21. This event is part of a national circuit touring various cities, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to preserving memory and valuing its corporate culture.
Narratives Connecting Generations
The feature film moves away from traditional chronology, prioritizing the subjectivity and experiences of employees. With the participation of over 100 professionals from different regions of Brazil, the film illustrates the company’s evolution in the transportation and vehicle sales sectors, highlighting the culture of belonging that permeates its operations.
“Throughout our history, we have always believed that investing in memory is also investing in strengthening organizational culture. The documentary stems from this perspective. More than celebrating 80 years, we believe in the power of art to beautifully and sensitively highlight the stories intertwined with the Group’s history, shedding more light on our shared values and collective purpose,” states Adriana Denadai, Head of Sustainability for Grupo Águia Branca.
The View Behind the Lenses
Under the direction of Gui Castor, the documentary aims to capture the company’s essence, exploring the concept of “latitudes” as a metaphor for the geographical diversity and the richness of human connections built since its founding.
“We wanted to show that, even in different regions of the country, there is a culture built on solid values and by the people who are part of this story. It’s a film about identification, belonging, and work,” emphasizes Gui Castor.
Among the testimonials, the journey of Dulcinéia Matheus de Oliveira, an Information Technology analyst with 37 years at the company, stands out: “It was emotional to look back at everything we’ve experienced over these years. The Group never stood still; it always evolved, and we grew with it. Being part of this story is a source of great pride.”
Legacy and Future Sustainability
The screening circuit, which began in Vitória (ES), reaffirms the company’s importance in connecting people and driving the country’s economic development with a focus on sustainability practices. The initiative not only celebrates the past but also projects a future vision where the eight-decade legacy serves as a foundation for continuous innovation, including investments in areas like renewable energy and new transportation technologies.
After the in-person circuit concludes, Grupo Águia Branca will make the full documentary available on its official YouTube channel, ensuring that the general public can access this inspiring journey that is part of Brazil’s infrastructure and services history.
