Amazon and ID Logistics join forces to boost fast deliveries and expand the economy in Paraná, with a new strategic logistics center.
The opening of a new distribution center in Paraná, a result of the collaboration between Amazon and ID Logistics, marks a significant advance in the logistics infrastructure of Southern Brazil. The facility, located in São José dos Pinhais, is not just a physical space but a driving force to streamline the supply chain and generate jobs in the region.
This joint venture aims to optimize delivery operations, allowing customers in Paraná to receive their orders on the same day. Furthermore, shipping times for the neighboring state of Santa Catarina will also be reduced, demonstrating the reach and ambition of the new operation.
A Logistics Giant in Operation
Covering an area of 24,000 square meters, the logistics center boasts an impressive capacity to process over 700,000 packages weekly. During periods of high demand, the operation may mobilize up to 900 professionals, including direct and indirect hires, injecting vitality into the local economy through job creation.
The infrastructure operates continuously, 24 hours a day, ensuring efficiency and agility. One of the pillars of this operation is the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) service, which offers local small and medium-sized businesses a robust solution for storing and shipping their products, with the convenience of the Prime badge, synonymous with fast delivery for consumers.

This expansion reinforces Amazon‘s strategic presence in the South of the country, which made a substantial investment of R$ 1.4 billion in the region last year.
