Simpress has elevated its ESG strategy by earning international B Corp certification, standing out in circular economy, green IT, and sustainable innovation within the technology sector.
The pursuit of more responsible business models reaches an important milestone in the technology and outsourcing market. Simpress, a national benchmark in corporate asset management, has just achieved international B Corp certification. This recognition attests to the company’s commitment to high standards of socio-environmental performance, ethics, and governance transparency.
Earning the seal reflects a 25-year trajectory built on sustainable foundations. The announcement coincides with the release of the 2025 Sustainability Report, a document proving how clean energy practices, operational efficiency, and social responsibility propelled the company to reach 1.8 billion reais in revenue last year.
Advances in Circular Economy and Reverse Logistics
The circular economy pillar gained significant scale with the expansion of corporate device reverse logistics. Last year, the company collected over 73,000 devices, revitalizing tens of thousands of assets that gained a new useful life in the market.
To expand this impact, the organization launched Simpress Shop, a direct-to-consumer sales platform focused on refurbished notebooks, smartphones, and tablets. The initiative reduces premature hardware disposal and broadens access to cutting-edge technology with a smaller ecological footprint.

Green IT Innovation and Carbon Reduction
Another highlight of the sustainable strategy is the Carbon Neutral Program, aimed at offsetting greenhouse gas emissions associated with the electricity consumption of devices in customer operations. The initiative has already neutralized over 83,000 tons of CO₂.
As part of future commitments, the brand inaugurated a reforestation farm in Lages, Santa Catarina, with an initial capacity of 220,000 trees. The corporate goal is to integrate 100% of the equipment base into the program by 2030, consolidating an ecosystem focused on energy transition and environmental preservation.
