Navvion officially announces its arrival in Brazil with an ambitious strategic plan that includes a new manufacturing unit in Manaus and an operational base in Cuiabá, focused on boosting the energy storage sector.

Navvion, a U.S. company specializing in high-performance batteries, chose the Intersolar 2026 event in São Paulo to officially announce its entry into the Brazilian market. The event was attended by various stakeholders, from installers and renewable energy experts to representatives of investment funds, all paying close attention to the growth potential of energy storage solutions in the country.

The company’s arrival in Brazil reflects the maturation of the Brazilian electricity sector, which increasingly seeks energy independence and efficiency. With solutions targeting the residential, commercial, industrial, and agribusiness segments, Navvion aims to fill a strategic gap in the sustainable production chain.

Manufacturing Structure and Strategic Expansion

The company’s strategy is robust and focuses on decentralized logistics. The construction of a factory in Manaus will enable local equipment production, leveraging the region’s industrial infrastructure. Simultaneously, the opening of a branch in Cuiabá, in Mato Grosso, will serve as a crucial hub to meet the growing demand from the country’s interior.

According to Merivaldo Britto, president of Navvion South America, the choice of Cuiabá is strategic, motivated by its proximity to vital production centers.

“We understand that the agribusiness and industry in Mato Grosso, which is close to states like Goiás, Pará, and Rondônia, favor this strategy. Having equipment close to the point of consumption is very important.”

Focus on Agribusiness and Industrial Sector

The company’s positioning aims to integrate lithium batteries and other storage technologies with the clean energy sources already established in Brazil, such as solar and wind power. By establishing a relationship office in Mato Grosso, Navvion seeks to streamline technical and commercial support for the agribusiness sector, which relies on energy stability to increase its productivity.

For Merivaldo Britto, the launch event solidified the beginning of a transformative cycle for the brand and its Brazilian customers.

“It was a historic day, marking the start of a new era in energy storage solutions for the country. We thank all the partners, friends, clients, and family who were with us and believed in this vision for the future.”

Navvion‘s presence in Brazil is expected to intensify competition in the technology storage market. With the factory in Manaus and the operational base in Cuiabá, the company anticipates reducing delivery times and operational costs, making energy storage a more accessible reality for businesses and rural producers nationwide, consolidating Brazil as an important hub for sustainability.
