The Electric Energy Commercialization Chamber (CCEE) has just raised the bar for its digital operations with the implementation of a new functionality in the Energy Data Collection System (SCDE). The update, dubbed the Measurement Analysis and Management Platform, promises to transform the routine of sector agents by offering a more stable and intuitive interface for monitoring essential market data.
This initiative is part of a technological transformation plan that seeks not only operational efficiency gains but also the reduction of bottlenecks in information management. By ensuring more agile and fluid access, the entity allows associated companies to gradually adapt to new tools, avoiding interruptions during periods of high workload in the national electricity sector.
Facilities and Technological Transition
Access to the new feature is already available through the Operations Environment, within the SCDE module. The system allows tracking a complete history of up to twelve months, maintaining the structure of searches and groupings that operators already use in the previous module. The strategy aims to mitigate friction during the transition, ensuring users feel familiar with the workflows.
However, the authority warns that, from now on, synchronization between the legacy system and the new platform is not automatic. This means that if an operator changes any search parameter or report, they must manually adjust it in both environments, thus ensuring data integrity during this period of coexistence between the two models.
