With a focus on expansion and data intelligence, Assessoria Alpha plans to reach R$ 100 million in revenue by 2026 by diversifying its operations beyond the food service sector.

Assessoria Alpha, recognized as the largest restaurant marketing agency in Latin America, has just kicked off an ambitious market diversification plan.

The strategy aims to replicate its customer acquisition methodology and predictive analytics in new economic niches, targeting a record revenue of R$ 100 million by the end of 2026.

Founded by entrepreneurs Athos Vilarins and Gustavo de Oliveira, the company currently employs 400 people and boasts a consolidated monthly revenue of around R$ 6 million.

With this new direction, the expertise built up in the demanding food service market will now also be offered to medical and dental clinics, law firms, and accounting companies.

The testing and validation lab

The business model now expanding to new horizons was fully developed and refined in a sector known for its tight margins and high level of competition: the bar and restaurant ecosystem.

To test the real effectiveness of their marketing strategies and artificial intelligence-based tools, the founders created their own business.

That business is Alpha’s Pizzaria, designed genuinely as a practical laboratory.

The establishment achieved impressive revenue of R$ 2 million in just seven months, maintaining a 27% profit margin.

This performance served as the main showcase proving the robustness of the solutions sold by the brand.

Our track record in the food service sector gave us the experience needed to validate methods that can now transform the commercial reality of independent professionals and service providers across the country.

New challenges and future scenarios

The transition to the specialized services segment will require major operational adjustments.

The company’s data intelligence tools will need to be adapted to handle longer decision-making cycles that rely heavily on reputation, differing from the immediate dynamics of food consumption.

Assessoria Alpha‘s move comes at a time of strong technology adoption in the country.

A recent survey conducted by Sebrae in partnership with FGV Ibre shows that 46% of Brazilian micro and small businesses already integrate artificial intelligence into their daily routines, opening a vast market for structured growth agencies.
