Luxury furniture and electronics from Banco Master and Will Financeira are being auctioned online following the decree for extrajudicial liquidation of the financial institutions.

The closure of operations at Banco Master and Will Financeira has led to the liquidation of their corporate assets. The property used in the companies’ offices, which are under intervention and extrajudicial liquidation, is being publicly sold.

The auction is conducted entirely virtually and the closing date is scheduled for next Monday. The system shows strong demand for high‑end corporate technology equipment and ergonomic furniture.

Featured items and bidding competition

Among the goods offered, the demand for computing devices has driven the sales platform. The lot of four laptops has become the most visited, accumulating over 33,000 views and rising financial bids.

The high‑end corporate furniture, signed by the prestigious manufacturer Herman Miller, is another focal point of the event. A set of two Aeron chairs has already surpassed 270 bids in the system, reaching impressive values.

Individual units from the same ergonomic line also receive competitive offers on the platform. In the electronics segment, large LG televisions of 98 inches are among the items available for purchase.

The sale of infrastructure assets aims to convert the institutions’ property into resources during the liquidation process.

Starting bids and delivery logistics

The lot with the highest initial valuation on the list includes about two dozen Cosm model chairs. The opening bid was set at 98,000 reais, representing a high unit cost before administrative fees are added.

The auction is conducted through the Kwara portal, where interested parties submit their digital bids. Buyers who win the lots must pick up the products in person in the municipality of Taboão da Serra, in the Jardim Triângulo neighborhood, in Greater São Paulo.

Next Steps in the Settlement

The sale of movable assets represents a standard step in the operational wind‑down process mandated by the Central Bank. Finalizing the receipt of bids on Monday will confirm the definitive transfer of the equipment and the collection of the amounts related to the institutions’ assets.
