Loga will bring innovations in waste management to Eco Expo Brasil 2026, highlighting Ecoparque Bandeirantes, solar energy, and the expansion of selective collection in São Paulo.

Loga, a benchmark in household and healthcare waste management in the Northwest Grouping of São Paulo, has confirmed its participation in Eco Expo Brasil 2026. The largest event in the sector in Latin America will take place from October 20 to 22 at Expo Center Norte, bringing together specialists in recycling, public cleaning, sanitation, and energy transition.

During the event, the concessionaire will present advanced technologies to modernize urban sustainability in the São Paulo capital. The company’s main focus will be to demonstrate how operational innovation and the circular economy can transform the future of large Brazilian metropolises.

Innovations and Ecoparque Bandeirantes

The main highlight of Loga‘s participation will be Ecoparque Bandeirantes. This ambitious project will integrate solutions for the treatment, recovery, and valorization of waste, in addition to focusing on clean energy generation and environmental education programs for the community.

The initiative will also include the creation of new leisure and community spaces in the Perus region, combining environmental preservation and social development. With this structure, the company reinforces its commitment to the transition towards a greener and more participatory model of urban cleaning.

Operational Efficiency and Solar Energy

In addition to the ecopark, the company will detail its continuous investments in efficiency. The Jaguaré Transfer Station, for example, has an impressive capacity to process up to two thousand tons of waste daily, directly benefiting over 380 neighborhoods in the capital.

Another significant advancement is the new solar energy plant at Unidade Bandeirantes. The project will feature 4,480 photovoltaic panels spread over an area of 50,000 square meters. With a power output of 2.5 MW, the plant will be capable of preventing the emission of over 140 tons of carbon dioxide annually.

Expansion of Selective Collection

The modernization of services also involves direct public encouragement. The expansion of mechanized collection already reaches 2.8 thousand points in the northwest zone, while selective collection initiatives are gaining new impetus to facilitate the correct separation of recyclable materials by citizens.

To bring the public closer to these technologies, fair visitors will be able to use a truck simulator, interactively experiencing the routine and challenges of the daily collection and transport of materials.

Domênico Barreto Granata, CEO of Loga, stated:

“Innovation is essential to transform waste management and build a more sustainable city. We are investing in solutions that expand material recovery, promote waste utilization, and make our operations more efficient. Thus, we contribute to the quality of life for the population of São Paulo.”

Loga‘s presence at Eco Expo Brasil 2026 consolidates the strategic role of the São Paulo capital in adopting advanced practices for energy transition and environmental preservation. Projects like Ecoparque Bandeirantes and the expansion of renewable energy demonstrate that the sanitation sector is moving towards a cleaner, more efficient future aligned with global climate demands.
