UPL Brazil presents its new sustainability report, highlighting advancements in diversity, technological efficiency in the field, and a commitment to corporate integrity nationwide.
UPL Brazil has just released its 4th Sustainability Report, covering the cycle from April 2025 to March 2026. The document provides a detailed overview of the company’s commitment to ESG practices, reaffirming the central role of Brazilian agribusiness in promoting more resilient and responsible production systems.
The survey points to robust performance across strategic pillars, ranging from operational efficiency in the field to profound cultural transformations within the organization. The company’s focus remains aligned with the demands for low-impact, high-productivity agriculture.
Advancements in the Field and Environmental Sustainability
Under the environmental pillar, the Aplique Bem Program emerged as a highlight, achieving an 88.9% technical compliance rate among evaluated sprayers, surpassing the projections set for 2026. Additionally, the Sustainable Agribusiness Pact (PAS) took significant steps in its initial phase.
The project, which focuses on carbon inventories and precise diagnostics on rural properties, already serves 24 units across five different cooperatives. The ambitious goal for the coming months is to expand the initiative to cover 1,000 farms by the end of 2026.
Our sustainability strategy is not just a corporate guideline, but a practical commitment to producer efficiency and the preservation of the natural resources that ensure the longevity of agribusiness.
Inclusion and Corporate Governance
The company’s social agenda also recorded significant progress, notably through the Vozes project, which engaged more than 700 employees in promoting diversity. Female representation rose to 26.55% of the overall workforce, reaching 27.46% in the company’s leadership positions.
Simultaneously, external social impact was reinforced by the Associação Vida, which expanded its operations in Ituverava, São Paulo, to provide support for 173 vulnerable youths.
The governance pillar concluded the cycle by maintaining, for the sixth consecutive year, the Agro Mais Integridade Seal, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa).
Adhesion to the 100% Transparency Movement and a 12-point jump in the NPS satisfaction indicator—which reached 79%—demonstrate that transparency and portfolio quality remain the drivers of the brand’s trust in the market.
With these results, UPL Brazil consolidates an operating model that balances technical rigor with human development. The success of established goals, such as expanding the base of properties served by PAS, will serve as the primary gauge for the company’s upcoming growth cycles in the country.
